If someone were to ask me what my all time favorite anime movie was, Without a seconds hesitation I would say “Princess Monoke.” I was very young when I was introduced to the film. It was playing on HBO , & man was I in such amazement to see the world Miyazaki had created. He somehow took all these fantasy animals , & demons , & made them feel as if they could exist. I’ve been in love with this movie since then.

I really wish people would explore herbalism a bit more. Instead of asking for a ‘spell’ to help get rid of some minor health related issue, see if there are any herbalist that know of a good herbal remedy.

That beautiful ache in your feet, that pure exhaustion, the way you feel when you hop in the shower after a day at dancing, the feel when you take that sip of water after class, the way your mind always goes back to your choreography, the stiffness and soreness the next day, you hum the music and hear it in your head, you mindlessly do steps without noticing, the feeling when you hop into bed after dance. most people won’t understand how dancing is such a passion for us, how much we live for it and strive for perfection, the way we feel, crave the hurt and the pain, the way we know how well we can do but still push ourselves beyond that. Dancing is what keeps me going, it’s what i look forward too everyday. it’s beautiful. its perfect. its just like breathing.
